Deep maintains an internal incident response program designed to detect, contain, and remediate security incidents.
1. Identification & Triage
Deep monitors systems for:
• unauthorized access
• unusual authentication activity
• abnormal traffic patterns
• service disruptions
• suspicious log entries
2. Containment & Mitigation
Upon confirmation of an incident:
• affected systems are isolated
• access credentials are rotated
• malicious activity is blocked
• patches and fixes are deployed
3. Communication
Deep will notify affected customers without undue delay if an incident results in unauthorized access to personal data, data alteration or destruction, or loss of confidentiality. Notification includes the nature of the incident, steps taken, and customer recommendations.
4. Recovery & Post-Incident Review
Deep conducts:
• root cause analysis
• remediation verification
• long-term control improvements
