1. Core Policies
Governs your use of the Deep platform, including account requirements, licensing, subscription terms, and limitations of liability.

2. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Defined within the Terms of Service (Section 6).
Merchant of Record
Deep uses Paddle.com for invoicing, tax handling, and payment processing. Paddle determines and remits VAT/GST/Sales Tax and processes legally mandated consumer refunds.
Tax and VAT Information
Paddle is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting all applicable VAT, GST, and sales taxes on purchases made through the Deep platform. Taxes are automatically applied at checkout based on the customer’s billing location and jurisdictional requirements.
Customers with valid VAT/GST identification numbers may have tax removed or reverse-charged where permitted by law, subject to Paddle’s validation.

3. Data Protection & Compliance
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
